3. How long do we keep your data?

Where we are using your personal data to send you marketing information, we will hold it for 3 years. We understand that you will not buy from us on every occasion, but we frequently see repeat purchases from customers during this period.

Where we are holding your data in relation to your account or transactions, we are obliged by law to retain data (such as your name, address and transaction details) for 7 years.

4. What personal data do we hold?

We don't hold more than we need. In most cases the personal data we hold is just your name and email address. If you are not a business customer, we will also likely hold your home address and personal telephone number, which you provided at the point of ordering.

We do not and will not sell or distribute your personal information to anyone else unless we have your permission or are required by law. If you wish for us to transfer your personal information to a third party, we will provide the personal information we hold for you to pass to that third party.

6. How can you update your preferences?

If you do not want to receive any more marketing material from us by email, post, fax or telephone, please contact us using the details below and we will remove you from our list.

We will still hold your information where we are legally obliged to do so. Under GDPR you also have the Right to be Forgotten - we will delete all personal data we hold on you, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
